Re-opening of the Lakehouse Small Companies Fund

Re-opening of the Lakehouse Small Companies Fund (ARSN 615 265 864)

One Managed Investment Funds Limited (OMIFL) in its role as Responsible Entity of the Lakehouse Small Companies Fund, ARSN 615 265 864 (Fund), announces that it will today re-open the Fund, to new investors into the Fund.

OMIFL has taken this decision following discussions with the investment manager, Lakehouse Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 614 957 603) (Lakehouse).

Existing and pre-approved investors

Please note that existing investors in the Fund can still invest in, or redeem from, the Fund.

The additional application form and the redemption form can be found on our website at:

Why was the decision taken?

The Fund was soft closed to new investors on 21 December 2016 to allow Lakehouse to invest the Fund’s initial capital.

Lakehouse, and OMIFL have decided that now is the right time to re-open the Fund to new investors. Lakehouse has invested over 90% of the initial capital and believes that there are attractive investment opportunities presenting themselves in the small companies space.

Will the Fund be soft closed to investment again in the future?

OMIFL in consultation with Lakehouse, may soft close the Fund to new investors again should capacity from this second capital raising be reached or to allow the investment manager to focus on the deployment of the new capital. This new raise will be seeking up to approximately $90m of new capital. We will keep all investors and potential investors informed by posting information about the Fund on our website.
